How it works

If at any point within 60 days you want your money back, here is all you do:

Email us at info@hikakai.com with your order number and the word "refund." That is it. You do not need to give a reason — though if you tell us what did not work, it genuinely helps us improve. We process your full refund within 7 business days, back to your original payment method. You keep the bar, the comb, the bag, the guide — everything that came in your box. There is nothing to return, and no return shipping to pay.

What is covered

This promise covers your first order in full: the amount you paid for that order, including any bonuses or add-ons it included, refunded completely within the 60-day window. This is our way of letting you try Hikakai with zero risk.

A few honest details

When the 60 days begins. The clock starts the day your first order is delivered, not the day you placed it — so shipping time never counts against you.

First order only. This guarantee applies to your first order with Hikakai. It is the no-risk way to try us.

If you are on a subscription. Your subscription is separate from this guarantee, and you are always in control of it. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime — in your account or by replying to any of our emails — and we make it genuinely easy, no hoops. Requesting a first-order refund will also cancel any upcoming shipments, so you are never charged again once you have told us Hikakai is not for you.

Your legal rights. This guarantee is offered directly by Hikakai (SBTB Global LLC) and is in addition to, and does not limit or replace, any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region.
