When will I get my order?
Our batches are handmade per 500 pieces and shipped biweekly to the USA. You can see the next ship date on our product page. As soon as the batch arrives in our USA warehouse it will be shipped to your address (taking 2-5 business days)
If you haven't gotten a tracking number yet, your order might be delayed for which we apologize.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account, go to "Manage Subscription," and click "Cancel."
You can also email us at info@hikakai.com and we'll handle it within 24 hours. No questions asked.
How to cancel my order?
We have a 30 day money back guarantee, so even after receiving the bar, you can still get your money back.

Where are the bars made?
Our bars are all made in 1 authentic factory in India, we source and produce everything by hand. :)
